Savior Credit, LLC (“Savior Credit,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides credit consulting, AI-enabled business services, and financial literacy programs. This Notice explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information across our websites, forms, calls, texts, chats, and in-person services.

2) What We Collect
Identity & contact: name, email, phone, mailing address.
Account/business: company name, role, EIN/LLC docs (when relevant).
Credit services info (B2C): SSN (only when required and with explicit consent), credit reports/history, goals.
Communications: emails, chat transcripts, call recordings/voicemails (with consent), SMS logs (time, sender, content).
Payment: via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) — we don’t store full card numbers.
Device & usage: IP, pages viewed, cookies/analytics, approximate location.
We collect data from you directly (forms, calls, chats), from consented integrations (e.g., Google/Calendars), and from service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., messaging carriers).
3) How We Use Data
Provide and improve services (credit consulting, AI demo scheduling, education).
Communicate: confirmations, reminders, reschedules, requested resources.
Process payments, prevent fraud, meet legal/contractual obligations.
Analyze usage to improve websites and support.
No sale of personal information; no sharing for third-party marketing.
4) Lawful Bases / Consent

5) How We Protect Data
SSL/TLS in transit, role-based access, MFA on sensitive systems, provider due-diligence, and least-privilege access. No method is 100% secure; we maintain and review safeguards regularly.
6) Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose collected and legal requirements (e.g., tax, dispute resolution). Recordings/logs for routine scheduling are typically retained up to 12 months unless required longer.
7) Third-Party Providers
We use reputable processors such as Google Workspace, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), Twilio/Telnyx, Stripe, Instantly, Apollo, Vapi, and analytics tools. They process data under contract and do not use it for their own marketing.
8) AI, Automation & Call Recording
We use AI chat/voice assistants (Savio and Savenna) to help answer FAQs and book appointments. Calls may be recorded with notice and consent (“This call may be recorded”). Sensitive items are routed to a human. We do not make automated decisions that legally or significantly affect you without human involvement.
9) Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies via browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit features.
10) Your Rights
Where applicable, you may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing; opt out of marketing; and request a copy of your data. To exercise rights, email [email protected]. Residents of certain jurisdictions (e.g., CA/VA/CO/CT) have additional rights; we honor them where applicable.
11) Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Program: Savior Credit AI — Scheduling & Support
Description: With your consent, we send appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and requested resources by SMS/MMS. Low, non-marketing volume.
How You Opt In
Checking the SMS consent box on our forms (e.g., /ai-demo, /consult), or
Replying to our email requesting a demo/session and providing your mobile number, or
Texting our number a keyword such as JOIN or DEMO.
We store timestamp, IP, page URL, and consent text tied to your contact record.
Messages & Frequency
Message frequency varies with your activity (e.g., booking/rescheduling). Message & data rates may apply. Every message includes our brand (Savior Credit AI) and opt-out info.
Help / Stop
HELP: Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected].
STOP: Reply STOP to opt out. We will send a one-time confirmation and cease texts to that number (unless you later re-opt-in).
Embedded Links & Numbers
Our texts may include links to our domains (e.g., saviorcredit.info, [email protected]). We do not use public link shorteners. We generally avoid sending raw phone numbers in texts.
Data Use for Messaging
We share your mobile number and message content with our messaging providers (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, Twilio/Telnyx) solely to deliver messages and handle opt-outs. Logs may include delivery status and error codes.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers and providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier/network.
